We are looking for a Guest Environment Expert to ensure every visitor joys a safe, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere. You’ll be the go-to person for monitoring environmental systems (HVAC, lighting, signage), responding to guest requests, and coordinating with housekeeping and facilities teams to keep everything running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
Perform routine inspections of guest areas (lobbies, hallways, public restrooms) and immediately address any issues (temperature, lighting, cleanliness).
Monitor and adjust HVAC controls, lighting levels, and digital signage to maintain optimal comfort.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries or complaints regarding environmental conditions.
Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping to schedule repairs or deep-cleaning tasks.
Keep detailed records of inspections, incident reports, and corrective actions taken.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification (HVAC, building maintenance) is a plus.
1+ year of experience in facilities management, hospitality operations, or a related role.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on your feet for extended periods.
Flexible availability—must be able to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
